Meet Interface

Interface is a local church discipleship program that is outward in focus. It endeavors to help a church 'interface' meaningfully with the world God so passionately loves. Interface is designed to help local churches grow in their journey toward becoming missional—equipping leaders and congregations to live life on mission with God.

This core program answers the questions: What does a missional church look like? and What does it mean for a church to be on mission with God?

Interface works alongside any denominational or church structure, enhancing existing models with a focus on outreach and empowering all of God’s people to actively participate in His mission.

Interface equips church leaders and their teams to:

• Guide your congregation into mission: Create pathways for nurture, training, and sending God’s people to live a life fully on mission with Him.
• Make God's mission central, not departmental: Move beyond seeing outreach as a side program to making it the defining purpose of your church.
• Empower all members: Encourage every person in the church to participate in God’s work, building a culture of active discipleship.
• Bridge vision and action: Equip leaders to connect strategy, structure, and spiritual formation so the church thrives as a missional community.

Key elements of the Interface Program:

1. The Interface Seminar
2. • Five short video-based sessions that explore missional church from a biblical, historical and contemporary perspective and one 'next steps' session for pastors and church leaders to decide if they want to go further with the program.
   • The seminar is interactive and incorporates reflection time and discussions.
3. Workshop One - Growing Missional Disciples
   Workshop One presents discipleship as missional, or 'whole of life' (John 15:8) and provides every believer with ways to grow as disciples of Christ in their everyday lives
4. Workshop Two - Growing Missional Disciples in Community
   Workshop Two considers how fruitful missional living is designed by God to flourish in community. We gain strength and support from others who have embarked on the same journey. 
5. Workshop Three - Growing a Church of Missional Disciples in Community
   Workshop Three aims to support the church's leadership in identifying the crucial needs of a growing missional church. This ensures that the church stays healthy by addressing all the requirements of a flourishing missional community.
6. And Beyond - We are ready to offer ongoing support as your church engages in God's mission. Our team are experienced in local and global mission initiatives, can offer training, referrals, and connections. We're here to support your missional journey.
