How It Works
The course is facilitated over eight sessions and can be offered online or in person. Each session lasts approximately one hour and can be integrated into an existing Bible study, small-group, or church programme. Teaching videos guide each paradigm shift and provide practical steps for applying God’s Word in everyday life.

Run Empowered to Influence in My Church
Empowered to Influence © was produced by Mr. Ken Chua, a Singaporean businessman, and conducted as a live seminar in that country. The positive impact on believers, especially in the workplace, was evident. Simply Mobilizing International recorded Ken during one of the seminars and produced the ETI course which is formatted for use in local churches as a facilitated course.
Ken Chua is a senior Financial Service Director with a leading global financial institution. He lives in Singapore with his wife, Sharlene, and their two adult children. Ken is passionate about helping believers discover their call in their workplace and communities. Ken has also written a book on the same subject with the same title, Empowered to Influence.
