Interface WorkSHOPS

The purpose of the Interface Workshops is to see missional church thinking and practice integrated into the local church. Missional church is defined by all God's people living a life on mission with God and the church facilitating God's people into this missional lifestyle.
The Interface Workshops build on the core ideas introduced in the Interface Seminar, using change management theory to build a customized practical plan to integrate missional life into the core rhythms of the church.
The Workshops:
- Workshop One - Growing Missional Disciples
Workshop One presents discipleship as missional, or 'whole of life' (john 15:8) and introduces starting points for every believer to grow as disciples of Christ in their everyday lives - Workshop Two - Growing Missional Disciples in Community
Workshop Two considers how fruitful missional living is designed by God to flourish in community. We gain strength and support from others who have embarked on the same journey. - Workshop Three - Growing a Church of Missional Disciples in Community
Workshop Three aims to support the church's leadership in identifying the crucial needs of a growing missional church. This ensures that the church stays healthy by addressing all the requirements of a flourishing missional community.

And Beyond:
The Interface Workshops position a church to make the changes necessary to facilitate every believe into the mission of God. Beyond the workshops, the next steps will be as unique as each church, based on the people in the church community, the needs and opportunities that emerge, and the potential of working with others.
