Interface Workshops Information
Introduction
"A vision without a plan is just a good idea."
The purpose of the Interface Workshops is to see missional church thinking and practice integrated into the local church. The Interface Workshop event must be followed with sustained processes that introduce and reinforce new normal rhythms in church community life. We're ready to walk alongside as you embark on a change process journey.
Content
- Workshop One - Growing Missional Disciples
Workshop One presents discipleship as missional, or 'whole of life' (john 15:8) and provides every believer with ways to grow as disciples of Christ in their everyday lives - Workshop Two - Growing Missional Disciples in Community
Workshop Two considers how fruitful missional living is designed by God to flourish in community. We gain strength and support from others who have embarked on the same journey. - Workshop Three - Growing a Church of Missional Disciples in Community
Workshop Three aims to support the church's leadership in identifying the crucial needs of a growing missional church. This ensures that the church stays healthy by addressing all the requirements of a flourishing missional community.
Each workshop is intended to launch a change process that over time builds new patterns and capacities that move the church community from being primarily inward focused to one that is outward focused.
